OUR EXECUTIVE TEAM: Larry Ware - President Larry Graduated from the University of Colorado in 1971 with a B.S. in Accounting. From 1972 until 1975, Larry was a Construction Foreman in the underground utility industry. For the next nineteen years until 1994, Larry worked first as an asphalt Paving Superintendent, then as an Estimator. He then began a partnership and served as vice President of Blackcat Milling until 1998. That year, Larry formed Alpha Milling Company. He serves as President and Owner to this day. Nick Ware - Vice President Nick earned his B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Colorado in 2002. From 1997 Nick worked under his father at Alpha Milling initially as a rotomill laborer and operator. He later served as a Project Superintendent, Project Manager, and Estimator. In 2004 Nick left Alpha Milling to take a role as Manager of Financial and Strategic Planning for a luxury real estate company. In 2008 he returned to Alpha Milling where he now serves as the Vice President. Doug Jones - Secretary and General Manager Doug graduated from Colorado State in 1993 with a B.S. in Construction Management. He earned an MBA from Regis University in 2003 and is also recognized as a Certified Professional Constructor. For thirteen years, from 1992 to 2005, Doug worked in the asphalt paving industry as an Estimator and Project Manager. In 2006, he joined Alpha Milling and now serves as the General Manager.
